Liberty advises the management team of RAM Tracking on their sale to Kerridge Commercial Systems

Liberty Corporate Finance is delighted to announce they have advised the management team of RAM Tracking (“RAM”) on their sale to Kerridge Commercial Systems (“KCS”), a leading global ERP and business management software company backed by CapVest Partners LLP. H2 Equity Partners will fully exit their stake in the business having acquired a majority stake from the Founder in 2020.
RAM is an award-winning vehicle tracking and fleet management software provider in the UK and North America. It is one of the largest and fastest growing specialist providers in its field, catering to small and medium sized businesses (“SMB”), and has over 22,000 SMB customers. With constant technical innovation and a user focused approach to their offerings, RAM has built cutting edge vehicle tracking systems for their customers which are easy to use and don’t require specialist training. RAM Tracking users report a 10 – 20% boost in fleet productivity, demonstrating the company’s dedication to improving efficiency for its customers.
RAM is now strategically positioned to play a key role in KCS, supporting its mission to deliver innovative, mission-critical software solutions to an expanding base of SMB and enterprise customers globally.
The investment has been made in partnership with RAM’s management team, led by Nick McClellan. Financial terms were not disclosed.
