Liberty Corporate Finance is delighted to announce they have advised the management team of Bridewell on their strategic partnership with I-Tracing, the French leader of managed cybersecurity services. I-Tracing is an existing portfolio company of Oakley Capital, Eurazeo and Sagard, and their investment in Bridewell will replace existing majority shareholders GCP.
Bridewell is a leading global cybersecurity provider to organisations operating within Critical National Infrastructure (CNI) as well as companies who want the highest standard of cyber security. This strategic partnership with I-Tracing will create a leading independent European cybersecurity group with the expertise to protect enterprise and mid-market clients globally at a time of rapidly increasing cyber risk.
Headquartered in Reading, England, Bridewell is focused on providing managed and professional cybersecurity services across Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT) environments, from architecture and design to governance, risk and compliance. Founder and Chief Executive Officer Anthony Young alongside the Bridewell management team have grown the business since 2013 and now have operations in the UK and the USA, employing over 300 employees globally. Now under common ownership, Bridewell and I-Tracing’s shared growth ambitions will focus on continuing their expansion and scaling in the European and the US markets.
The investment has been made in partnership with Bridewell’s management team, led by Anthony Young. The transaction is expected to close later this year, subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals. Financial terms were not disclosed.
