Liberty advises the management team of ATCORE Technologies on their acquisition by Travelsoft.
Liberty Corporate Finance is delighted to announce they have advised the management team of ATCORE Technologies on the sale by Inflexion, a leading European mid-market private equity firm, to Travelsoft, a leading French travel technology company backed by French private equity firm Capza.
ATCORE Technology provides specialist booking software solutions to the travel industry. The company develops high-performance technology platforms that enable travel companies to manage their operations efficiently. ATCORE’s key products include Atcom, a reservation and e-commerce platform for tour operators, and Atcache, a high-speed search and caching solution for online travel agencies.
During the partnership with Inflexion they supported investment into ATCORE’s software platform and the development of a highly recurring revenue business model. A number of new clients were won in the UK and internationally.
