Since joining Liberty in 2018, Clare has advised management teams on their equity incentive plans in transactions spanning multiple sectors, sizes and geographies. Her experience includes private equity buyouts from primary through to tertiary, mergers, restructurings, bolt-ons and public to private transactions.

Clare is dedicated to listening to her clients’ objectives and working constructively with investors to deliver the optimal terms for each management team.

Prior to joining Liberty, Clare was a Fund Administrator at CVC Capital Partners. Clare is a Chartered Accountant (ACA) and has a BA in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Oxford.
