Liberty Corporate Finance is pleased to announce that they have advised the management team of SYSPRO, a leading global ERP software provider for the manufacturing and distribution industries, on its acquisition by Advent International.
SYSPRO has established itself as a global leader within its key market verticals, with a purpose-built software suite catering to the most complex customer use cases. SYSPRO guides and supports its customers every step of the way and empowers them to see unique opportunities in the challenges specific to manufacturing and distribution. SYSPRO, with headquarters in South Africa and the UK, employs around 400 people globally and serves customers across six continents.
Advent’s investment will support SYSPRO in accelerating its global growth ambitions through additional investment to support next generation product and technology innovation to unlock growth opportunities in key markets.
This being our first cycle as a management team it was imperative to have trusted and competent management advisors next to us throughout the process. We always felt that we were in good hands with John, Mollie and the Liberty team.
