Liberty advises the management team of Wellbeing Software on their acquisition by Citadel Group
Liberty Corporate Finance (“Liberty”) advised the management team of Wellbeing Software, the UK’s market leading provider of radiology and maternity software solutions, on the acquisition by Australia’s Citadel Group for £103 million.
Wellbeing Software is trusted by more than 80% of NHS trusts across England. Their solutions are built on more than 25 years’ experience in a range of key specialisations including radiology and maternity information systems, electronic health records and healthcare data management. Wellbeing’s software provides end-to-end digitisation to build a consolidated view of patient information for health care providers.

The Citadel acquisition provides an important strategic advancement for Wellbeing and the UK healthcare market. It enables them to further invest in the development of their core software products, while also offering customers proven solutions in other critical healthcare disciplines, from a single specialist vendor.
Liberty Corporate Finance advised the senior management team on the terms of their investment and the management incentive plan in the combined group.
